Double Leaf Flush Sliding Wood Pocket Doors Sliding Doors save floor space and contribute to an orderly appearance. With a Sliding Door a doorway appears larger as the door disappears entirely when it is opened. The majority of interior doors can be supplied in sliding versions, both as single doors and pairs. 
Product Description CONSTRUCTION General: sandwich constructure, softwood inner skeleton laminated with veneered MDF Species: oak, ash, sapelli, walnut, teak, cherry, maple etc. available Size: standard thickness as 40mm, customized size available VENEER SPECIFICATION Veneer: 0.6mm veneer quarter / crown cut Edge band: 0.6mm veneer solid wood edge band available INNER SKELETON & CORE Skeleton: finger-joint softwood, or LVL Fill-in core: honeycomb paper or tubular particle board PAINTING OPTION Unfinished, or painted Packaging & Shipping Sliding door wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door. All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners. Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips. Loading quantity for 40mm door: 20GP: 350 -- 385 doors 40GP: 700 -- 770 doors 40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors
