 Raised Panel Wooden Craftsman Door   Raised moulding option that provides a rich and elegant look ;Unlimited design possibilities.     Product Description   Construction General: stile & rail construction with raised molding Species: red oak, teak, cherry, walnut, mahogany etc Size: standard thickness as 40mm, customized size available   Stiles and Rails Veneer: 0.6mm veneer quarter / crown cut Core: finger-joint softwood laminated with MDF Sticking: solid wood, customized profile available Edge band: veneer edge or solid wood edge   Panel MDF panel with veneer applied, customized panel profile available Tempered glass panel available   Painting Option Unfinished or painted, PU or water borne paint available        Packaging & Shipping   Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door. All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners. Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips.   Loading quantity for 40mm door: 20GP: 350 -- 385 doors 40GP: 700 -- 770 doors 40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors       Frame and Casing   Based on the “Ready Door concept”, we innovated a “ready to install” frame system with adjustable and pre-drilled door jambs and casings. The concept is to make the jambs are reversible for any door open direction and suit most of wall opening size. We also innovated metal parts to make the door jamb installation easier and faster. In this way, the frames and architraves becomes standard products and could be stored in stock for final end users which will benefit the whole door supply chain.
