      Packaging & Shipping     Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door. All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners. Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips. Loading quantity for 40mm door: 20GP: 350 -- 385 doors 40GP: 700 -- 770 doors 40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors         Quality Control             Company Information     FAQ Q: Are you a trading company or a factory? A: Our production capacity is 10,000 pieces of wooden doors per month.   Q: What's your delivery date? A: It depends the purchase quantity. Normally, 30-35 days, for 1 40’ GP after receiving the deposit and all the     details confirmed.   Q: What is the minimum order quantity? A: Our minimum order quantity is 1*20ft container.   Q: Can we mix the cargo loading in one 20ft container? A: Of course, if the total quantity meets our minimum order quantity.   Q: What's the term of payment? A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit, the balance 70% T/T paid before shipping.  We suggest to use "Alibaba trade assuarence service" to securer both party's interest.    Q: How can you guarantee the quality? A: We believe the quality is controlled through the whole process of order. Begin with detailed drawing and     quality standard agreed by both party.
